Note: There is no banquet scheduled this year, but we wanted to preserve the banquet column in our spreadsheet. The form includes a banquet option, but the only option is N/A. Please select N/A when filling out the form.

COVID-19 Policies
Vaccination
If you can be vaccinated against contagious diseases, including COVID-19, we hope that you will be—not just to protect yourself from the worst outcomes, but to help protect everyone around you. We’re all in this together! That said, we will not be checking vaccination status during the registration process. Please follow all the vaccination recommendations made to you by your trusted health professional.
Testing
We encourage you to test before you come to the con. If you test positive and/or feel ill, please stay home! Contact us and we will roll your registration over to next year.
Corsi-Rosenthal Boxes
We will again be employing the use of Corsi-Rosenthal boxes in shared convention spaces.
Masking
We have not yet discussed masking policies for 2026. We will update this page when we do.
